Cowsland Farmland forms Lot 2 of Cowsland and Lea Marsh Farms.

The majority of the farmland is around Cowsland Farmhouse and buildings with some fields off lying but in proximity to the main block.

The land is all suitable for arable cropping and is currently cropped with winter wheat, spring barley and SFI.

The land is let to one tenant on a Farm Business Tenancy which expires 29 September 2025.
